Travel 100km by raft beginning on the Chilcotin River and ending on the mighty Fraser River. From its source high upon the Chilcotin Plateau in the interior of British Columbia this river is rich in cowboy history, gold rush folklore, native culture, and flows through one of the most beautiful areas in all of Canada. Mixed grasslands and forests, towering canyons, and abundant wildlife all in one. Watch the aqua blue Chilcotin River change as it merges with the Fraser.
In between rapids there is time to glance up as you quietly drift by towering canyons and sandstone hoodoos that have been carved by wind and water over centuries. You'll have a chance to explore old homesteads, as well as outstanding hikes.
The wildlife spotting is superb. We experience incredible sightings of Black Bear, Deer, Bald Eagle and the worlds largest protected herd of California Bighorn Sheep.
Our indulgent camp hospitality will spoil you constantly and after the first taste of this trip you won’t want to go home! Its all about relaxing, enjoying the environment and experiencing the thrills the river offers around the next bend!
